WHO ARE MY CLIENTS?

I work primarily with women, but coach all people, regardless of how they identify. My clients include those who’ve been diagnosed with a chronic illness and want to minimize its impact; who’re rediscovering their mojo after cancer treatments; and anyone who just wants to feel better and is ready to explore lifestyle changes that can help. Some of my clients have been told by doctors that they need to change their habits but they don’t know how or where to begin. Others have adopted some changes but haven’t gotten as far as they wanted.

Most of my clients tell me that they feel “stuck.”

I’ll work with you to make lifelong changes that will help you feel better every day. My goal is to “put myself out of business,” that is, to give you the tools to eventually succeed on your own, whatever your endeavor. There are no food plans, potions, powders, or pills. Instead, we look within, strategize together, and move forward with real-world, practical steps that take into account your individual needs and circumstances, goals, and desires.

Three to six months is an ideal time frame to see significant progress toward your goals.
