The Accountability Collective

Don’t walk this path alone.

We've all been there. We tried the latest diet fad. Downloaded all the things. Recipes, food menus, diet plans. Everything’s going OK, then something happens and we fall off the wagon.

We feel alone.

It’s time to break the cycle.

Your decisions either enhance or impair your health. You’ve got choices - how do you make “the right ones” consistently? How do you decide when to “just live a little” and “go for it?”

I’ve helped hundreds of women who’ve walked where you are and they’ll tell you that they couldn't have done it alone. Accountability with a coach is amazing! Accountability with your peers is a step above.

This is why I created The Accountability Collective.

You are no longer alone.

“Accountability is the glue that ties the commitment to the results.”

Tell me more . . .

Do I need to be “dieting?”

Nope! We meet you where you are. If you’d like to revamp the way you eat, we can help. If you’re a-ok with where you’re at, that’s fine too! No one has to be eating the same way. There are no requirements or prescriptions!

Do I have to sign an annual contract?

Nope! You can join month-to-month. When you sign up for this group program, you’ll be billed on a monthly basis. If you ever want to cancel, you just let us know before the billing date.

How do I attend coaching sessions?

When you enroll in The Collective, you’ll be automatically added to all sessions. You will receive an email before each session. We will have two Tuesday noon sessions and two Tuesday evening sessions. Come to some or all meetings!

Can my family join me?

You are welcome to have your partner sit in the meetings with you on the same camera.
